ABOUT
US
Parents' Press: Founded 1980.

free in the following counties: Alameda, Contra Costa, San Francisco,
Marin, and southern Solano. For parents with children from infancy
through the high school years and expectant parents. Circulation
is 75,000.
AWARDS. Parents' Press has been
named the best regional parenting paper in the country twice
by our trade association (Parenting Publications of America),
and has won numerous other awards from PPA, the American Cancer
Society and the National Association for the Education of the
Young Child.
PHILOSOPHY. Our goal is to make
both magazines helpful for and accessible to all families. To
achieve this, we try to publish objective, straightforward articles
that will give families the information they need to make decisions
that are right for them. The magazines have no affiliation with
any political or religious organization and do not seek to promote
any particular formal theory of childrearing or education.
DEADLINES
The deadline for display advertising,
classified advertising, and family calendar submissions normally
